Update;

Did a fresh install of 26373 and can play video. Upgraded and cannot play. All on hybrid MD.

Also noticed that core/hybrid never gets registered so must not be that and I'm just taking shots in the dark

Fluffy got a little enthusiastic building packages out of temporary uploads while I worked out a scheme. There should be a new package tomorrow that will unfunk your situation.
