Hi all, great that HTTPS/SSL is now set up by default, but what is the correct way of adding a username and password?

Cheers,
Matt.

oh sorry, I got your question wrong...I don“t think thats in webadmin...

:) No problem.

I am referring to remote access via HTTPS/SSL. Before it was included in LMCE you had to set your own password, but now that it is included no password is required.

Hey Purps,

Not sure about the offically preferred way - but you can add a .htaccess, or what apparently is more preferred (and worked a charm for me) is this:
Authentication, Authorization and Access Control:

you are wanting to set separate login credentials from the ones already required to log in to web admin?

I think (could be wrong) it is for setting passwords to other pages... like mythweb. Or at least that is why i use it.
