Cannot delete or edit scenario images
« on: July 18, 2011, 03:26:34 pm »
I recently added an image to my videos scenario button, but cannot for the life of me work out how to replace it or edit it. It appears that I can upload a new one (web admin shows it), but after reloading/regen-ing it, the image just doesn't update in the orbiters. To be honest I would be happier deleting it, but can't see how to do this either.

I considered deleting the scenario and making a new one, but wasn't sure of the implications of deleting an autogenerated scenario (and subsequently having to replace it).

Cheers,
Matt.

Do you regen or do you full-regen?

I took the "let's not mess around" approach and did a full regen, but I have tried quick regens, quick reloads and proper reboots as well. It stubbornly refuses to change.

Could this be anything to do with issue related to having to put the "bits" folder in /usr/pluto/orbiter ? This might only be a problem with the web orbiters for all I know, I will need to check my N800 when I get home to confirm.

Cheers,
Matt.

Well it seems I may have put 2 and 2 together and not come up with 5 for once.

I can confirm that everything was displayed as it should be on my N800. So I deleted all the images in /usr/pluto/orbiter/scenarios and that seems to have removed them, allowing them to be re-added. Does anybody need to know about this?

Cheers,
Matt.
