Hi
I live in Cyprus and this is my first post in the forum.
I would like to have your recommendation about the ideal system for my needs
Well i want a system to be able to control everything in my house (climate, lights, media, satellite tv and iptv).I have two satellite dishes (one with motor and one with two lnb),2 iptv receivers (pirelli HY100STB).

I have one dreambox 500s, one htpc (core2duo processor,4gb ram,500gb hard drive, twin dvb-s2 tuner running xbmc and vdr),a second htpc (zotac ion hd-id11) ,one sheevaplug which i use as nfs server), a laptop, 2 android phones, 1 mini pc for my son.i have also  a desktop pc in my private room which is running linux with vdr and xbmc and it has a single dvb-s2 tuner. and all usual electric appliances.i have cat5 passed through all rooms.Where is needed i use hubs.

Forget i have an external lift also and there i use a remote control to lock it so it cannot be used by children.
I need also wireless indoor cameras and external ones with motion sensors that will record on a pc.i need also fire alarm.
i want to control everything from a central system and has the less cables.

What you should suggest me to do?
