I get the tearing (horizontally at the top and bottom of the screen) using S-Video on a PAL TV (using an 7xxx nVidia card).
1004 RC :: looking good :: upgraded 01/04/2013

Hey Craptastic... could you please edit your posts here and put "code" markers around your xorg.conf?
