How do i get mythtv to work

Hi again

one small problem , i live in ireland and i'm finding it very hard to get the mythtv to work or scan in channels . is there a guide to getting it work , please advise  on best setup.

Have you been to mythtv.org?
Hybrid core Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R m/b 2.8Ghz 2 gig ram. HVR1600 on the core. 2 Orbiter on Android for control 1 phone the other tablet. Running 10.04

There are some guides out there for Ireland. You need to use the /usr/share/xmltv/tv_grab_uk_rt/channel_ids file.
