Anyone try using the ELK-TS07 POE touch panel?

I was looking at potential touch panels that could be used to control audio distribution and function as an intercom.  They wouldn't control a TV but rather replace the NUTONE intercoms that were in my house when I bought it.  They are a bit steep at $1200, but I like that they are Powered over Ethernet.  They also have a mic and speaker in them, plus the run Windows CE and interface with the M1 Elk security system I am thinking about buying.
