Two MD in one room

Hi,

One friend of mine broke his LinuxMCE installation. He had core/hybrid assigned to the Living room. Then he added a new MD and assigned it again to the Living room. I'm not sure what message he saw on the on-screen menu. But after reboot the MD from the hybrid was deleted and hybrid started working as standalone server. I just like to know is this bug or feature?

In any case, it's be nice to have two warning message to avoid such situation
