I try to download from http://www.mirrorlinux.net/distros/Linux%20MCE%200704/

Here's the MD5 I get for the final iso, when I cat them together, and when I use dd:
b7d36253bcd026acfd4c4275dc24be32  LinuxMCE_0704_Quick_Install_DVD.iso

Next I try to download from http://mirrors.flumpy.org/LinuxMCE/LinuxMCE_0704_Quick_Install_DVD.iso here's the MD5:
16b15d5ec4a097fac8ac2f5a13d6ac3c LinuxMCE_0704_Quick_Install_DVD.iso

both MD5 are different from MD5 on wiki

Downloading from bittorrent should avoid this problem.  You can also point your bittorrent client at one of the ISOs you downloaded earlier and with a bit of luck it will only have to re-download a few small parts saving you time and bandwith.

I did search google for ftp and the iso file name - and found a FTP site, where I could download the complete ISO as regular FTP  - maybe this will help in your case
download speed was good (aprox 45 min to download) ofcouse depending on your own speed
