well, I'm busy hacking at my code...

thought I'd take a break, and install my dell laptop as an MD... it's been giving me headaches...

All the sudden, a whackload of updates started coming down....  Anyone else see them?

libresolution failed downloading...

Maybe they haven't finished putting it all up...

I tried clicking on the players, they simply said file not found...

I try to force an update with the Orbiter (on my hybrid) from Home -> LinuxMCE:More -> Advanced Options -> Force Upgrade Now, but nothing happens at all (not even any GUI feedback). If I use the commandline from the same hybrid, (apt-get update) goes through some files from deb.linuxmce.com , but then fails with

Code Select Expand

Err http://deb.linuxmce.com 20dev_ubuntu/main Packages
  404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://deb.linuxmce.com/ubuntu/dists/20dev_ubuntu/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

(apt-get update) then shows no upgradable packages available.

Did you just see a ghost? Or is there some way to see whether there are new package versions up out there, and that my LMCE installation is behind?

I don't think it's a ghost... I have the commands under VIDEO on all my MD's..  but they fail (file not found) when I try them..
I might have just stumbled on some 'tests'... as the dependancies don't come through yet.
