Two error message during installtion LMCE

I need your help.
I tried to install LMCE and this is the contents of the log file:

I tried it on two computer a few time, and I get the same message all the time.
what can I do?

maybe this will do the trick:
1. clean apt-get: apt-get clean
2. go to /var/lib/apt/lists and do mv lock lock.old.

then , rerun the installer.
