Coloured Buttons during video playback on rpi (was: lmce-md-meta packages have unmet dependencies)

anyone know how to remove the blue,yellow,red box at the top right corner of the screen, it sits there while play a video

Get a better power supply.  The coloured logo only shows in the upper corner if the pi detects the power supply voltage has dropped too low.

Cheers, that sums it up, powering it of my laptop usb.

  I recommend a 2A or better PSU to keep the pi2 happy, especially if you need to plug in any usb devices.  I use 3A on many of mine to avoid any possible voltage drops.
