My LCD tv is hanging on my wall and I would prefer not to place a MD on a shelf but to attach it to the back.
Is this a valid option and if so how are people doing this?
I plan to buy an Acer Aspire Revo since that seems to be well recommended in the wikis.

Tim, does that case allow the TV to be attached to the wall as well?

If the TV is big enough, you could attach the mobo to the wall (either in a case, or on a bit of MDF, whatever) and have an arm mount for the TV, allowing the TV to be pulled in and out.

Cheers,
Matt.

Depending on the Tv mount
but it boils down to the  clearance from the wall itself. generally easier just to wall mount it behind the TV and that will keep it a little cooler than attached directly to the tv.

Mounting Options: - Vesa mounting (attach in the back of a monitor) - DIN-RAIL mounting (vertical and horizontal) - Wall mount brackets - Rubber feet
