I've been trying dozens of codes from R.Central all day (just typing them into a device template that is controlled by a USBUIRT and clicking test) None of them work.

The codes from their site look like this:
0000 0067 0000 0010 0060 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0030 0336

And ours look like this for the most part (at least in the Sony Pronto Codesets)

0000 0068 0041 0000 0060 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 03f7 0060 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 03f8 0060 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 03f7 0060 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 03f8 0060 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018

Is their anyway to convert between the two?

do you have a USBUIRT and the remote control for the device?  if so just hit the 'new code' button and let the USBUIRT learn the code from the remote

Unfortunately the remote only has commands to toggle, not any discrete. All the ones I listed above are the discrete codes I've found hiding in the LinuxMCE Pronto codesets.

I've done some more research and I'm convinced that the majority of LinuxMCE's codes are in fact different from the pronto codes given on remotecentral.com. Our codes are actually "dirty", or learned directly from a remote. I believe that the reason my TV is not responding to any of their Pronto Raw codes is because theirs are too clean and don't repeat enough.

Here's my source: http://www.remotecentral.com/pronto/pfaq-b4.htm#b4-01

To my understanding our codes turned out to be "dirty" by their standards (they repeat) My best guess is that this is necessary because we use USBUIRT instead of Pronto remotes. Go to the forum entry on Remote Central's page titled Sony KDL46W3000 Discrete HDMI Inputs? by bones38 on 4/24/11 if anyone else is having trouble adapting remote central's codes for our systems. Sorry there's no direct link.

You need to find a friend with a Logitech Harmony.  I would do it for you but I have the maximum number of devices already programmed and it would mean deleting one of my devices and screwing up all my preferences
