DCERouter reloads every 14 minutes

I originally posted my problem in a similar thread, but decided it was probably unrelated.  (http://forum.linuxmce.org/index.php?topic=10365.0)

The same Failed to get lock message seems to appear before DCERouter reloads.  This is on a fresh install with snapshot 23148 and the latest updates applied.  Has anyone else seen this issue?
