Installation issues / VDR - tuning fail creating channels.conf

Newbie here.....  I'm trying to get VDR setup on new 1004 install.
My tv card is a -medion 7134- with dvb-s & dvb-t tuners.

I followed the VDR wiki page instructions and get to the making of channels.conf but get:-
