Webadmin can be called over each webbrowser. Since 0810 the launch manager runs as service. Then you can configure the MD device.

I was wondering if I could cheat and go into webadmin/media directors and edit the ethernet MAC address?

see here to add another MD:

I would like to let a core and a Kubuntudesktop applications on a computer run at the same time, that is at all possible. Which is with the updates of normal applications, goes at all.

Thanks in advance for an answer

Hello Elluminatus,
I still wait to the final version of Linux MCE 1.1 with KDE. Then I would know possibly a Web service on the server in CSharp programming. This could be steered then over GUI likewise in CSharp.

Hello Elluminatus ,

If one liked to use FHEM with Linux MCE, those must convert Perl Scripts into C++. If I with my current project finished I it will try.

Greetings
