Users / WOL and then power on equipment with IR

Hi,
I want to make sure I can get everything working before I install on all my media centers.
What I want to do is run a dedicated LinuxMCE server and then on an orbiter turn on a pc with WOL, but the tricky thing will be for that pc to then once its on turn on my tv and receiver with IR. I do not have serial or ethernet on my tv's and receivers.
