Well.. Got Ubuntu on my other com. + I did make Kubuntu cd's, I got Window7 dvd's..
All burn the same way.. Right click, open with Nero, Burn..
Then I took these, put them into the drive and the com. starts up and boot. They all work.



Now when I do this from the LinuxMCE dvd, then nothing happens. No boot it's just starting up normaly and when I check the dvd/cd in the drive it's empty.. I find that very strange to me

K . This still wont work.. Dont no what to do now.. Obsessively I can't make this Boot dvd

I got the iso-dvd from the site http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Mirrors_0710 and it's not the DL dvd. I used torrents.

After download - right click, open with nero and then burn.. Works for me with other boot dvd/cd's

When i put the dvd in my drive on xp, then nothing happends.. I can open it, but its blank so somethings is wrong.. Just don't get it..
Is there any specific way to burn this or what..


I will try again in standard way.. Select boot dvd in the menu and so on......

Well, first of all.. I'm new to Linux so take it easy. I have been on MicroSoft's drugs for 10years 
Now I got Ubuntu up running on my laptop and I like it and want more of this.

My HTPC have XP and I used MediaPortal before.. Then I found LinuxMCE and wanna give it a try but ran into problems...


First I got this weird messenge

1. First I burn the DVD for boot, but when i throw it in my HTPC then nothing happens.. No boot and it just starting up normal, but it works find with the kubuntu or other OS.


2. Then I install. Kubuntu and did not make any update and then I install. the 2 MCE cd's and got this error

I tryed google the last one but never got a answer because I dont no what keywords to search for.
I allso search in here but it's a bit hard to find what answer I'm looking for, so help me out here I really wnat to try LinuxMCE
