It is hard to tell. But you are right, one devise would have a time seeing through that much concrete. But Z wave uses a mesh network. So put in a few repeater devises in between and you should be OK.

This is just the first. I am sure small form factor motherboards will follow shortly after this comes out. Just look at all the other options for Atom set ups.

I think that is what i am going to do. I just need to find one that is compatible with such an old OS. They are getting a little harder to come by.
I was mostly asking about bluetooth to see if it was explored or not.
