Installation issues / Unable to install 8.10 lmce

 I am unable to install 7.10 linuxmce and 8.10.
(motherboard)I am using ecs Elitegroup A740gm-m v1.0.

I tryed so many time time and i was unable to install. It stop responding while lmce being install.
I have been trying to install lmce for 1 year now.

need some help.
I need to install on this motherboard because i bought this for lmce only
hardware.

I download LinuxMCE-DVD-i386-rc2 . It did not work on my machine.  I have "A740GH-M" MotherBoard. Name of brand "ECS". I tryed so many time and it did not work. When i boot from cd  then I get this msg "BusyBox V1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-5ubuntu7) Built-in shell (ash)  Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

I have just installed Kubuntu 8.10 and now i would like to set on top Linux MCE. How can i do that. I have 64bit. I really need help on this.

I have try to set 64amd, I was un able to. I download so many DVD and burn and none of them worked.

it goes blank right after i press "install" i dont know how far it gets into it but there is a prompt somewhere you have to write command line.
I really need help.

I was able to install 32bit, but now i have new computer, which is 64bit and trying to set linux MCE on that one. I am unable to do. Here are pix. I have no clue what to do.

What should i do to install this OS
