Installation issues / Asus motherboard "M3N78-EMH HDMI"

Hi,

Does Asus motherboard "M3N78-EMH HDMI" works with LinuxMCE?  I tried installing it and it just blank out after reading the Kernel.  I also try to install Ubuntu 8.10 amd64 and receive the error messages as following:

[  0.004000] Aperture pointing to e820 RAM. Ignoring
[  0.004000] Your BIOS doesn't leave a aperture memory hole
[  0.004000] Please enable the IOMMU option in the BIOS setup
[  0.004000] This costs you 64 MB of RAM

..then it keeps generating reading error message.

Installation issues / SmartCard decoder Compatability

Hi,

I saw this product WinTV CI from Hauppauge website (http://www.hauppauge.com.sg/site/products/data_ci.html) and interesting in hooking up with LinuxMCE.  I checked with Hauppage regarding Linux driver and they don't provide one.  Does anyone knows whether this is device is compatible with LinuxMCE before I order it? It cost approximately $US 70.
