But I want the menu blended gui? Thats shown in videos

Installation issues / My mediacenter turns into a remote

Hi there
I'm very new to linuxmce and linux in general.
But I have an itchy little problem:
Every time I try to start linuxMCE no matter what istallation or way, it
shows up like som sort of remote. Or orbiter as i'ts called in linuxmce.
What to do?
