Users / Streaming movies/audio

Is it possible for two users to stream the same movie to their laptops and watch them independent of each other?

Users / Copying DVD to Hard Drive

Currently my DVDs are stored as ISOs... is it just a matter of dragging the ISO onto the MCE box?  Or do I need them in a different format?
