Hey Solnoid,

Just curious if you got any of this to work.  I am also planning on using x10, only because I already had all the hardware from my previous house.  Let me know...thanks

I see on your guide, in the video section that the nVidia Geforce 8400GS is not listed.  Was this done because it is not compatable? Or you just never tested it?

I'm just curious because this is the card that currently have.

Thanks.

Yes it is compatible.  I don't remember how I set it up.  I'm actually re-doing my whole system this week and i'll be setting up that cam again.  I remember the first time wasn't difficult at all.  I think there are instructions on the wiki.

I found this but it doesn't really help.

So does anybody else have any ideas on how to impliment this thing into my network?  Or should i just get rid of it (ebay).  Because right now i can't think of a reason to actually keep it..

Thanks for the help.

I'm trying to get Diskless MD set up on this hp thinclient but right after it says loading diskless setup.sh it fails.  Now i'm not sure if this is going to work but i had one of these clients and wanted to try it out.  Any suggestions?

You can buy these directly from Gyration. http://www.gyration.com

My question is, has anyone tried using one of the Gyration remotes with a Fiire Chief dongle?

Why would you buy it from them?  It's $99 there and in the $30's at CC.  Doesn't seem right to me.
