IF you can afford it, also consider running fiber. That may sound like overkill, but remember that running *any* cables you may need now will be far cheaper than later, so go nuts -- run what you know you will need, and then run some more. Many new buildings going up are running fiber: while it requires more careful handling than cat5-6 does, it also offers much greater potential for what you can do with it.
Price it out anyway, just for grins, and see what it would cost. Run multiples of catX cable no matter what -- as has been mentioned previously: you'll be glad you did.
