I agree on the simplify part. Some of us would only be using it for one machine, maybe 2, but don't really have a need for the home automation right now (maybe down the line).

In order for this to work, I'd love to see them integrate the following:
Galleon:

Tivo Decoder
But let's be realistic here. While there might be a great chance of them including Galleon as it was built for linux during a Tivo sponsored competition, the Tivo Decoder is technically illegal because it breaks the DMCA.
