I have a radeon 9600SE, with latest ati drivers...
it is set to dedicated, so when it boots, it tries to load linux mce straight away... and ive tried UI1, UI2 with/without blending... just keep getting the same black screen with a cursor - i can only get a cursor in UI1

Yeah I read that in the forums somewhere, none of them work, UI2 doesn't work at all, UI1 i at least get a cursor, but doesn't move from there... any other ideas ?

I have just done the exact same thing, seems install went through perfectly, an initial wizard popped up, to configure sound/inputs/etc but i get get a blank screen...

If I reboot, it goes to reloading the screens, and then straight to the blank screen again, with a cursor...

I can get to the web admin interface, and go through the wizard, but nothing seems to help (when i change resolutions, etc, i can see them happening on the screen) but it wont do anything but load a black blank screen with the cursor...

Any help would be appreciated...
