I would suggest posting a mantis on this if your running Beta4. Make sure you give more details of your setup/installation.
All the best

Deffcon: I'm puzzled. Please explain a bit more
"dual core quad proccessor 2.4"
Normally, when you say dual core, it means Two cores on a processor. When you say quad, it means 4 cores on a processor.
Do you mean you have Two processors with quad (4) cores on a motherboard ?
What motherboard are you using ?

Hi,
Sorry this is the right one -->> Core 2 Quad ( typo )
But now you mentioned it, i have also the problem with the i386 version!!! I think it has to do with changing from standard video card to nvidia, then i have an 70 a 80 % memory usage although my media is already scanned, temp workaround is to disbale the updatemediadeamon --disable from the cmd line. Someone else any ideas
So it was not the cpu and it is memory usage.
