I installed a clean Core, and tried to do a restore. It did not work, just opened the admin page in it's frame. Is this known, any news?

I found an error in the script and was able to correct it, and ran a good restore.

Did you start a bug ticket so that it can be fixed in future releases?

Not yet, still busy bringing up a fresh core and squashing bugs.
