Title: Just the essential LinuxMCE files
Post by: mattlindsay on October 09, 2009, 08:50:14 AM
Hi guys,
Can anyone give me some pointers as to what I need from SVN for JUST THE BARE MINIMUM install, without any extra apps (youtube, voip,z-wave integration etc). JUST the DCERouter and any other bits that need to sit with it. I'm trying to strip it back and learn from bottom up.

Cheers

Matt

this is a bit more than the bare minimum but should help to get a good picture:

Thanks hari, presumably just the root/people/hari/mini/src is needed. Thanks for that.

the dumps are needed for the pluto_main database and others. The install script is needed to create the core/dcerouter device in the database and fill pluto.conf with proper values.

Thanks Man,

If I cant to create my own repository of all the files (yours) can i do that? Do I need to register/get an account?

sorry I don't know what you mean.. an account for svn/trac? You just need one to commit changes, not for checkout.

btw, jump to #linuxmce-devel on freenode irc, per_k is also looking into this..

best regards,
Hari
