Title: Printserver Controller Circuit
Post by: suv on August 16, 2009, 02:26:23 PM
Hi There,

some time ago I saw a guide on how to build a Circuit to use with a printserver, to control devices via the printservers ethernet cable. I cannot find it anywhere on this site any more. If any one know where I could find it ?

Thanx,
Suv

don't know what you mean by "printservers ethernet cable" - I suspect you are referring to the posts by Krys where he was looking into using parallel ports to control relays... I don't think he took it too much further as I believe he found a better way of doing it.

And it wasn't so much how to build the "circuit" - these things already exist as commercial devices - it was about how to control it within the LMCE context, ie integrate it with the DCE system.
