Hey,
In Israel the voltage is 220v, 50hz and our electrical outlets are like:
http://www.israel-travel-tips.com/upload/11-03-2008_electricity.JPG
would these ZWave products fit us? (would we just need the plug convertor due to size/shape or
are we talking here about electricity transformers?)
Thanks.
Electrically they are compatible with an appropriate plug convertor, but you also need to confirm that the RF frequency is allowed in Israel. There is a different frequency for the US and EU products.

According to Itsik
FreeNode-#linuxmce.log:Mai 23 09:25:33 <Itsik> it seems that z-wave frequency is reserved for military use ..
FreeNode-#linuxmce.log:Jun 01 22:21:45 <Itsik> well, not much, decided to go with plcbus for home automation as z-wave frequency is military here
FreeNode-#linuxmce.log:Jun 05 18:01:50 <Itsik> yep ... z-wave frequency is reserved for the militaryt here :(
Z-Wave is a nogo in Israel. (granted this is from 2008)
Is ACT ZIR010 supported in linuxmce 0710?
Yes it is, 0710 and 0810
See http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/ACT_Homepro_Motion_Detector (http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/ACT_Homepro_Motion_Detector) for further details
Thx.. haha.. :D

be aware that I don't recommend the ZCU201. Your mileage may vary, but I had big problems with the serial communication, loosing bytes from frames for example.
