Hi,
now my client boots over network, there is no problem, but it's realy lazy :)
Is there a way to transfer diskless image to compact flash card to boot faster,

No not in the current LinuxMCE-0710 release... however booting from a local drive, including a Flash drive' may well make a reappearance in LinuxMCE-0810 after release.
