Title: Cannot copy filename: The request could not be performed because of an I/O error
Post by: nosebreaker on January 25, 2009, 05:39:46 AM
I am trying to copy a bunch of videos onto my public share on my core, and for some reason it keeps stopping on certain files.  I can copy them to other places (other systems, other hard drives, etc), and they seem to be fine to watch, but I can't copy them to the share!  Online searching hasn't brought up anything that seems to work.  Any ideas?

I don't know the cause, but I discovered that if I copy from my laptop, to another WinXP box, then to my Ubuntu 8.04 desktop (not core), then to the core it works.
