Title: does this look like a video card issue?

this is a video playing on one of my MD's if you notice, there is a blue line along the left side of the screen, and across the top. The md has a nvidia video card connected to the tv via s-video cable. The space is only blue when watching a video, however it is always there, even during the AV wizard, or just on the main menu.

I had the same issue with my old TV using s-video connection.  My new TV on the same hybrid box running DVI out on video card to HDMI on TV does not.

My TV was a Hitachi 43" 4:3 rear projection HD ready (480p) TV.  I bought it in 2000, so it was pretty old in HDTV terms.
