Title: Diskless boot stall usb
Post by: bonfire89 on July 31, 2008, 07:55:42 PM
Hi, I'm trying to diskless boot my lenovo x60 tablet but it doesn't even get to the point where it is supposed to announce to the router.

It stalls at a message that looks something of the sort...

usb 4-4: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice

I'm not planning on running this all the time, I just want to experiment a bit, and see how a diskless boot works as I am considering some thin clients.

Thanks for any help

I wanted to add that I had this same issue, I had to unplug all USB devices to get it to move past this.  This includes any CD-ROMs or anything.  Since it is a laptop you might not be able to remove everything (if it has a built-in hub for example).
