Yes, I do this frequently. I explain this in another post. Do a search and you should be able to find it easily.
Note that you will have to do this using mysql and the command line.

Might be nice to have that in the wiki, which should make it easier to find as well.
It's actually in the MythTV wiki, which is why I didn't duplicated it here.
