My names Sam and Im looking into building a media centre in the next couple of weeks (God help us all!!) below is spec im thinking of using, if people could give me some pointers on the spec and let me know what else i could need that would be great.

Motherboard: ASRock AliveNF7G-HD READY
CPU: CPU/T6444XA Athlon 64 4400+ Dual Core 2 x 640KB Cache
Memory: 2 X 1 GB PC-6400 DDR-2 800 MHz Ram
Harddrive: 500 GB SATA Hard Drive 7200rpm 16 MB Cache
Graphics: (Any Ideas)
Sound: (Any Ideas)
PSU: Silverstone SST-50EF 500W dual +12V, ATX12V 2.2 Psu
Case: Silverstone SST-LC-17 Silver
TV Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 MCE TV FM Tuner With Hardware Mpeg2 Encoder Composite S video
I don't see much of a problem, except that you might want to check which chipsets are used on that motherboard. As for the sound/graphics, aren't they integrated on the motherboard already?
