Title: Disappearance of window decoration

Sometimes (especially after changing screen with video playing to remote control screen) when I switch from LMCE UI to KDE desktop the window decoration disappears. For example, Firefox window doesn't contain window title, top menu and status bar. Is that bug or feature?

I see that happen with ktorrent frequently.

I experienced this today.
however it only occoured i believe because LMCE was trying to start the MD again (weird?) and i killed it whilst it was displaying status messages at start up.

In my case it happens when I switch to KDE while MD plays some movie.
