How do i get the new update. so i can run the new schudeler. Also i am a noob when it comes to linux

well, check your version # under Advanced > Advanced

the current version should read

2.0.44.0709022200 (Mon Sep 3 16:30:39 2007)

if not, it should tell you that it has downloaded new updates and ask if you wish to install them automatically.
