Hello Everyone. I appreciate all the hard work the community and especially the developers have put into this product. I am very excited to try it out.

Here is my dilemma. I have one computer (2 gb ram and 3 ghz processor) with 2 pci slots and 1 computer (256 ram and 1.4 ghz) with 3 pci slots.

Can I install one video capture encoder and a nic on the fast comp (core) and put the remaining video capture encoder in the other slower machine (orbiter)? Will this set up work if they are on the same network with the core as the dhcp server.

Hi,

I think this would work. LMCE includes Mythtv, so majority of all docs apply also for mythtv under LMCE.....
