on the install after device# act# got a "Failed getting activation data" error

Sorry, we changed some scripts and this wasn't properly synced between our development and production servers when we posted version .22 yesterday. We just fixed it.

sorry. it's fixed now. we're getting ready to upgrade to .23 tonight and some binaries were already changed too early.
