Title: Graphic corruption with Ul2 Overlay when deinterlace is enabled 1004 [Solved]
Post by: OnTarget on November 14, 2011, 11:38:01 AM
Hello,

I get major graphic corruption on the MD's when I switch on any version of deinterlacing with ul2 overlay. Black areas of the screen pixelate and "light comes though". It looks almost as if the screen saver is showing though. It is the same graphic corruption that you get when you use ul2 alpha blending with composite turned off. Ul2 alpha works fine with deinterlacing but the screen tearing is unbearable.

I have no idea where to start debugging this.

Fully updated 1004 with nvidia ION MD via 46" 1080p TV.
My Setup: http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/User:OnTarget (http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/User:OnTarget)

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

OnTarget

I had this too... i installed a newer (latest) NVIDIA driver... which fixed the problem.
