As my experiment some months ago, in VMware, failed, I now want to try again. I don't have a spare PC to run as core, so, I now ask: Is any work still being done on the Windows Installer? In the downloads folder, I found an installer, but it asks for an activation code, which I don't have. :(
Could anyone answer my question?

P.S.: I already found an old topic ( http://plutohome.com/support/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=51 ), and it said that newer versions would have better Windows support. I also don't want to run MD's, just try the server stuff. :)
