I'm wanting to install a Core/Media Director via PXE (the system doesn't have a DVD and I don't have any CDs lying around).  Are there any instructions on how to do the installation via PXE?  This is not for just a media director to be installed from the core.

there are instructions out there for installing ubuntu that way, which will work for lmce as well.
however, youre gonna cause yourself alot of frustration and pain that could be avoided either by borrowing an optical drive from another system or getting an external usb case for an optical drive.
