Hia
after installing the diskless MD, apt-get update and apt-get upgrade it, i'm getting a problem when trying to watch live tv on the MD. The mythtv screen appears, and fail with a "video frame buffering failed too many times" message, and stops.
Does someone knows what could be the reason for this and how to fix it?
TIA

Hi pw44,
I have seen this on my MD a couple of days ago. I got frustrated and left it for a while and when I tried TV again it was working. It is likely that I rebooted both core and md but I can't remember exactly. I just tried TV again and it just appeared.

Sorry it's not a technical explanation, just wanted to share my experience. The mythtv skin is different on the md which made me think is was a different version but it isn't.

Only issue now is that videos don't play because xorg hogs the cpu ... but that's another thread.

Hi b4rney,
i did try again after reading your post, and it worked.
It would be nice if someone more experienced could explain the cause of this error.
Thx for the hint.
