Looks like Nobody replied to my post. Finally I resolved my issue for now. atleast I got my FK07 working. I will try my best to explain how I do it.

First of all I followed the wiki http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Logitech_Dinovo_Mini

There are few points to mention, My /etc/X11/xorg.conf file did not have the Inputdevice entry just like it is shown in wiki, So I added manually the entry in my xorg.conf file using sudo kate command.

Secondly , editing the xfree86 file in /usr/share/X11/xkb/keycodes just shown in the wiki, I got my windows key working as FK08 and i can control volume and lights. Yet my Home key on the DiNovo (under right) did not act as FK07.

Here what I did,

Open a terminal and type xev and press enter.
This will open a program that will detect your key inputs when you press them on logitech denovo. in my case when I press Home key on the DiNovo (under right) the keycode was 127 instead of 97 shown in wiki.

So I put   <FK07>= 127; in my xfree86 file.

this should work but for some reason it did not until finally I found that need to update the xorg file. I am exactly not sure but I think running AV wizard does update your xorg.conf file. So, Run the AV Wizard , that should run AV wizard on your next boot and again selecting your settings your should get your menu key working as FK07 :)))

I love my logitech denovo now.. amazing device.

NOTE:  trying to creat a device template for it but I think I will have to learn a lot before i even begin. I will try my best though.
