Hi,

I've read new informations on plug'n'play feature with usb2rs232 adapters that also allow rs232 devices to be detected and configured in plug'n'play manner - BTW nice feature.

I wonder what usb2rs232 dongles work under linux (almost all, only few of them, what are best for you? ) ?

Thanks in advance,

regards,

Rob.

I used one from RadioShack for some of the installs without any problem (under windows you have to get a driver for it to be recognized as an USB Device).
