Hi all,

When ever I try and run an install of 2.0.0.40, the install scripts do not update because they look for the servers on 1.0.0.0.

I think that this is related to IPv6 being enabled (I've found a few other posts on the web about this issue with other distros), so I'm going to try and switch it off during the next install, and I'll report back.

In the mean-time, could one of the Devs confirm that IPv6 is switched on by default?

Cheers,

I switched off IPv6 host names in /etc/hosts and it worked a treat.

can anyone provide me with more details on how to disable this permanently?

Cheers,

I resolved this, it had nothing to do with IPv6 at all!

Basically, my router was not giving the correct DNS information to the core, so none of the devices knew where to look.
